ConnectWise
Configure SendAuth to update ConnectWise tickets when transactions are verified
ConnectWise service tickets can have notes appended when transactions are verified.
Configuration
ConnectWise configuration is limited to users with the admin role. Before enabling ConnectWise, you will need to procure an API keypair from your ConnectWise instance.
Navigate to Settings –> ConnectWise
Check Enable ConnectWise Integration.
Fill in fields with information provided by your ConnectWise admin:
- Server URL - both cloud and on-prem ConnectWise is supported
- Company ID - your ConnectWise company ID
- Public Key - the public key part of the API key
- Private Key - the private key part of the API key
- API Version - if unsure, enter
2024.1
Once enabled, when users request someone to authenticate, they’ll be able to enter a ConnectWise ticket ID. If provided, upon transaction verification, the ticket will have a note added with information about the authentication.
