SendAuth can be configured to periodically check in on users to confirm their passkeys are accessible.

Configuration

Checkin configuration is limited to users with the admin role.

Navigate to Settings –> Periodic Checkins

Change Frequency from Never to either Weekly or Monthly.

Select a Day of Week and (if monthly) a Week of Month.

Behavior

The periodic checkins will trigger on the day of the week specified, and if monthly, only in the week specified. Weeks are seven day blocks of Sunday-Saturday, and must include a Thursday.

If users verify the transaction, their last checkin time is noted.

Users who fail to verify the transaction in time will be re-requested for the next two days. If they fail to verify those transactions as well, a warning will show up on the users list view
