Routing Rules

Tag tuples can be used in a routing rule to automatically have SendAuth direct an authentication request to an Approval Group or User.

Creating routing rules

To create a routing rule, navigate to Tags on the left-hand menu. A tag with values must exist to be able to create a routing rule.

Click the Routing Rules tab, then + Add Routing Rule.

Tag will list names of tags that can be used for the routing rule.

Tag Value is the value that must match for the routing rule to trigger.

Target should be either a user or an Approval Group.

Trigger routing rules

Routing rules are only supported through the SendAuth API POST /authorize endpoint.
