Sync user contacts with HubSpot CRM

The HubSpot integration synchronizes HubSpot contacts and companies to SendAuth users and companies, respectively. This allows for streamlined user creation, even for users who will only authenticate with SendAuth.

Prerequisites

  • HubSpot account
  • HubSpot admin access to install applications
  • HubSpot portal for your organization

Configuration

HubSpot configuration is limited to users with the admin role.

Navigate to SettingsHubSpot

Installing HubSpot Integration

  1. Click Install HubSpot Integration
  2. Log in to HubSpot when prompted
  3. Select your HubSpot portal
  4. Authorize SendAuth to access your HubSpot account
  5. Grant required permissions

Required Permissions

SendAuth requests these HubSpot permissions:

  • Contacts - Create and update contact records
  • Companies - Create and update company records (if company sync enabled)

Sync Options

Contact Sync

Enable this to sync contacts from HubSpot.

Company Sync

Enable this to sync companies from HubSpot.
